our process for purchase

Our purchase process ensures accuracy, quality,  and timely delivery.  You, our customer is involved and updated continuously regarding the status of your quote and order.

THE process

step 1 - quote

1. Client submits specifications:

– die drawings of profiles

– expected pattern of consumption, for example: kg/week, kg/month

– packaging information

– finishing information. ie; mill/painted/powdercoat

2. Extruda returns with a price as follows:

– Tooling: non-recurring charge

– Price for product based on two components:

 

  •          LME charge for aluminum    
  •          Cost for transformation 
step 2 - Accepted quote
1. Extruda issues an invoice for the non-recurring tooling charge
2. Funds received from client triggers start of process as follows: 

a)  Client submits information for colour either CMYK standard or RBG standard colour number.  OR, for custom colour, client sends samples for matching to Extruda.

 – For either method, Extruda sends product colour  samples back for approval to client.

b) Once dies are complete, profile samples are sent to client for approval

c) When profile samples are approved, the production order is ready to be submitted  and produced

step 3 - delivery

1. Profiles are packaged and sent by container

– Four weeks typically for delivery

Eng. has been working in metal fabrication environments for over 30 years.  Together with his engineering staff, Stephen participates in and oversees every aspect of the supply process from end to end.
